A NUISANCE caller who flouted his anti-social behaviour has been spared jail.

Jason Garrard, 43, of Hewett Close, Fareham, admitted breaching the Asbo by making 11 nuisance phone calls in Fareham between November, 2013 and May this year. He was sentenced to six weeks in jail suspended for a year and told to pay an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs by Fareham magistrates.
