The raiders went into the casino at 9.05pm on Monday, October 5 and shouted at the two customers to stand still.

They then threatened a member of staff with violence before using staff keys to steal money from the safe.

During the robbery the men pushed both customers. One of them, a woman, fell to the floor receiving minor injuries.

The men are described as around 5ft 9 inches tall with local accents. One wore a grey hooded top and the other a blue hooded top with the hoods up and drawn.

The men escaped with several thousand pounds in both change and notes. It is now known they ran off in different directions – one going towards the roundabout at London Road and Gladys Road.
