PERFUME thief Mandy Collins has been told to carry out unpaid work.

Collins, of East Bracklesham Drive, Chichester, stole £140 worth of perfume from Debenhams in Commercial Road, Landport, Portsmouth, on September 24.

The 45-year-old admitted the theft when she appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.

Collins was told to do 100 hours of community service in the next 12 months.

She was also ordered to pay £35 in court costs.
