POLICE are concerned for a 17-year-old boy’s welfare after he vanished.
Huang Nguyen was last seen at Portsmouth Harbour train station after getting a catamaran at around 3.30pm from Ryde on the Isle of Wight.
Hampshire police said he had been staying at and address on the island this afternoon.
The Vietnamese teenager is believed to be carrying a quantity of Euros and may be heading to Birmingham.
A spokesman said: ‘Officers are concerned that Huang has not been seen since as he has only recently come to the UK and his English is not strong.
‘He may have caught a train at Portsmouth Harbour station at around 4pm.’
Huang is short and has dark spiky hair and he is around 5ft 8ins tall.
He was wearing bright blue Adidas trainers, a tiger print hooded top, blue jeans, and a dark blue padded puffer style jacket.
