Teenager involved in ‘appalling’ violence is banned from Pompey

MAGISTRATES have fined a man for using a mobile phone while driving.

Andrew Oldham, from West Street, Fareham pleaded guilty to committing the offence while driving a Seat Leon in Bridge Road, Swanwick, on May 23.

The 24-year-old was fined £45 and told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims by Fareham magistrates.

Three penalty points were added to Oldham’s driving licence.
