PAVING slabs were thrown at a window of a home in Bishop’s Waltham.

Police are appealing for information after the incident in Battery Hill.

At some time between 3.20am and 3.45am yesterday, two paving slabs were taken from a nearby garden and thrown at the front of the victim’s property, smashing a window and damaging two chairs in the front garden.

PC Jonathan Earnshaw said: ‘This is an unusual occurrence for this area and I am appealing to anyone who has any information to come forward. We have information to suggest two males may have been involved. One of them may not have been wearing a top.

‘Did anyone see two men in the area at the time of the incident? Did you see any vehicles in the area being driven in an erratic manner?’
