THIEF Kimberley Baxter has been ordered to stay in at night.

Baxter, of Earlsdon Street, Southsea, admitted stealing the £9.37 bird from Marks and Spencer in Commercial Road, Landport, Portsmouth, on September 15 while subject to a 12-month conditional discharge.

Baxter was ordered not to leave her home between 7pm and 7am daily for three months by Portsmouth magistrates,

The 24-year-old was also put under supervision for 12 months.
