Danger driving arrest pair bailed again over Portsmouth teenager’s death

Teenager told he could have caused disaster by dazzling helicopter pilot with laser pen

TWO men have been re-bailed over the death of a teenager in a crash.

Luke Fletcher, 19, from Paulsgrove, Portsmouth, died when a Nissan Almera crashed on the B2177 near to the junction with Pitymoor Lane on January 23.

A 24-year-old man and another man, 22, were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and were previously bailed.

Both returned bail on Thursday and have been re-bailed until December 1.
