A GUCCI watch and computers were among items stolen by burglars who smashed their way into a home.

Thieves broke glass in the back door of a property in Castle Road, Southsea, and then reached through to unlock the door.

Once inside they bolted the door to stop anyone from entering while they searched the house.

The burglars fled with a silver Dell laptop, a silver Philips DVD player, a Gucci watch with a brown leather strap in a brown leather box and a black IBM ThinkPad.

They also stole a Sony Playstation 3 and controllers and games between 1pm on October 27 and 1.30pm the following day.
