POLICE have released a new e-fit of a suspect wanted in connection with indecent exposure in Waterlooville.

As reported in The News, a man exposed himself to an 11 and 12-year-old girl as they walked through an alleyway between Jasmine Grove and Springwood Avenue in Waterlooville.

After interviews with one of the girls, officers released an e-fit of the suspect following the incident on December 4 between 3.30pm and 3.40pm.

The second victim has now offered a slightly different description.

PC Carla-Marie Appleby, from Waterlooville police station, said: ‘Both girls gave consistent descriptions of the offender to us and they have produced similar e-fits.

‘I would appeal to anyone who recognises either the description or e-fits to contact us as they may have information vital to our inquiry.’

She added: ‘While the man did not speak to the girls or physically approach them, this is still a worrying incident and we have increased patrols in the area.

‘It is possible this incident is linked to another on December 1 where a man of a similar description exposed himself to an 11-year-old girl in the Queen’s Inclosure opposite Winscombe Avenue.’

Anyone who can help should call police on 101.
