MAGISTRATES have fined a man whose dog was dangerously out of control.

Graham Bobbin’s bull mastiff, Stamford, will have to wear a muzzle and be kept on a lead whenever Bobbin takes the pet out in public from now on.

Bobbin, of Magpie Walk, Waterlooville, pleaded guilty to failing to control the dog in Jackdaw Close, Waterlooville, when he appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.

The 55-year-old was fined £100 and told to pay £50 in costs.
