A DRINK-DRIVER was caught behind the wheel while three times the legal limit.

Gergely Borbely, 29, of Medina Road, Portsmouth, admitted committing the offence in Newlyn Way, Port Solent, on November 11.

A test revealed his breath contained 121 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres - three times the 35mcg legal limit.

Borbely was ordered to do 120 hours of unpaid work and told to pay a £60 victim surcharge. He must pay £85 costs and was banned from driving for 28 months by Portsmouth magistrates.
