MAGISTRATES have fined a man for driving without insurance.

Taylor Britton, 19, of The Warren, Leigh Park, admitted committing the offence while driving a Fiat 500 in Park Lane, Havant, on July 25.

He was fined £220 and told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims and £35 costs to Hampshire Police Authority by Fareham magistrates. Six points were added to his licence.

Britton also admitted driving the car without a licence.

However no separate penalty was imposed.
