MAGISTRATES have fined a man for using a mobile phone while driving.

James Silvester, 28, of High Street, Buriton, admitted committing the crime while driving a Ford Ranger in Petersfield Road, Havant.

He was fined £60 and told to pay £15 to a crime victims’ fund and £35 in costs.

Three penalty points were added to his driving licence.
