A MAN has been given 10 points on his licence for being in charge of a car while over the limit.

Richard Baker, 41, of Bevan Road, Waterlooville, was found guilty at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.

He was caught at the Ship & Bell hotel car park in London Road, Horndean, on April 7.
