A TEENAGER has been fined for driving without insurance.

Rhys Davenport, 19, of Harcourt Close, Waterlooville, admitted committing the offence while driving a Renault Clio in Mile End Road, Buckland. He was fined £135 and told to pay £15 to crime victims by Fareham magistrates. Six points were added to his licence.
