A MAN was caught driving while more than twice the legal alcohol limit.

Nathan Eagle pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Fiesta in Foster Road, Gosport, after drinking too much on April 7.

A test revealed the 20-year-old’s breath contained 74 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres. The legal limit is 35mg.

Eagle, of Lapthorn Close, Gosport, was banned from driving for 20 months.

He was fined £100 and told to pay £85 in court costs and £15 into a fund for victims of crime.
