SUPERMARKET staff and police joined forces to spread the anti-drink-and-drive message.

Officers from the Chichester neighbourhood policing team spent a day at the city’s Tesco store speaking to motorists.

In the past three years, 170 people have been killed or seriously injured on the roads of Sussex after being in crashes with drivers who have been drinking.
