PERFUME thief Matthew Toms has been told to get help for his drug problem.

The 29-year-old, from Meriden Road, Southsea, admitted stealing two box sets perfume from Boots in Commercial Road, Portsmouth.

He was told to pay £72 compensation and have nine months of treatment for his drug habit by Portsmouth magistrates.
