‘Substantial increase’ in stowaways trying to board ferries to Portsmouth

A 59-year-old woman was caught being drunk and disorderly in public.

Elizabeth Hill admitted committing the offence at Mole Hill in Waterlooville on June 29. Hill, who lives in the road, was fined £50 by city magistrates. She must also pay £85 in court costs and £15 into a victims’ fund.
