MAGISTRATES have fined a man for being drunk and disorderly.

Liam Gash, 21, of no fixed abode, admitted committing the crime at Fratton train station in Selbourne Terrace, Fratton, on August 27. He was told to pay £165 in a fine and costs by Portsmouth magistrates.
