TEENAGER Connor Cunningham has been told to pay £200 for being drunk and disorderly.

Cunningham, of Winterslow Drive, Havant, was arrested after a disturbance in Commercial Road, Portsmouth.

The 18-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.

He was fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

The magistrates gave him two weeks to pay up.
