THIS e-fit has been released by police hunting two robbers.

A 51-year-old man was visiting his friend, a 60-year-old man, in Worcester Close, Southsea, when two men followed him into the property.

Once in the lounge one of the men took a metal pole from his rucksack. He then took £100 cash from the pocket of a hooded top being worn by the visiting man.

As previously reported, the pair fled the scene on bikes between 6.10pm and 6.15pm on October 29.

Detective Constable Lee Parker said: ‘This is a very rare occurrence. We are appealing to anyone who may have seen the two men entering or leaving the address to contact us. We are particularly keen to speak to a 12 to 14-year-old girl outside the address around the time of the incident.

‘This girl was not involved in the offence but may hold vital information which could assist our investigation.’

The first man is white, in his 40s, with dark hair, a tanned complexion.

He is 5ft 6in tall and stocky and wore a baseball cap, a red jacket with a white collar and carried a rucksack.

The second man is white, in his 40s, 6ft 2in tall with dark hair, a pale complexion and a muscular build. He wore a brown knee-length coat. Call Det Con Parker on 101.
