A WOMAN was caught drink-driving while she was banned from the roads.
Sharon Sewell pleaded guilty to driving a Mazda in Kilmiston Drive, Fareham, after drinking too much on January 31.
The 50-year-old also admitted driving the car while disqualified when she appeared at Fareham Magistrates’ Court.
A test revealed Sewell’s blood contained 96 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres.
The legal limit is 80 milligrammes.
Sewell, from Waltham Close, Fareham was banned from driving for three years by magistrates.
She was also ordered to pay £55 in court costs and take part in a drink-impaired drivers course under supervision for 19 days within the next year.
