DRINK-driver Christopher Harley has been banned from getting behind the wheel.

The 32-year-old admitted driving a Volkswagen Beetle in Swanton Close, Fareham, while over the limit and without a licence or insurance.

A test revealed his breath contained 74 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres. The legal limit is 35 mg.

Harley, of Bellfield, Fareham, was fined £150, told to pay £85 costs, £15 to crime victims and banned from driving for 20 months by Fareham magistrates.
