MAGISTRATES have fined a man for driving without due care and attention.

Christopher Kingston, from Neville Avenue, Fareham, pleaded guilty to committing the offence while driving in White Hart Lane, Fareham.

The 46-year-old was fined £165 and ordered to pay £80 in court costs when he appeared at Fareham Magistrates’ Court.

Five penalty points were added to his licence.
