MOTORIST Alexander Hards has admitted drink-driving and driving without insurance.

Hards, 25, of Frobisher Grove, Fareham, drove a Range Rover in the same street while over the limit.

His breath contained 76 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres. The legal limit is 35mg. Hards was banned from driving for 20 months and told to pay £600 in a fine and costs by Fareham magistrates.
