A MOTORIST who was caught driving without insurance has been told to pay £265.

Wayne Norman, 23, of Gosport Road, Fareham, was stopped by police on the M27.

He was fined and banned from driving for six months after pleading guilty at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.
