DRINK-DRIVER Kevin Hemmens has been banned from getting behind the wheel.

He admitted driving a Renault Clio in Heath Road, Locks Heath, while more than twice the legal alcohol limit.

A test revealed his breath contained 93 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35mg.

Hemmens, 49, of Netley Road, Fareham, was banned from driving for three years, fined £300 and told to pay £85 costs and £15 to a fund for crime victims by Fareham magistrates.
