A MAN has been charged with the theft of a 14-year-old boy’s bike from outside a petrol station.

David John Williams, 23, of Valentine Close, Fareham, was arrested by police on Monday.

He is accused of stealing the bike from the forecourt of the Shell petrol station in Stubbington Lane, Stubbington, on March 19. Williams was bailed to appear at Fareham Magistrates’ Court on April 18.
