BISCUIT thief Terence Miller has been given a conditional discharge.

Miller, from Gibraltar Close, Fareham, admitted stealing biscuits from the Co-op in Highlands Road, Fareham, on December 4.

The 29-year-old also pleaded guilty to stealing four gammon joints from the Co-op in Gudge Heath Lane, Fareham, the following day. Miller was given a six-month conditional discharge by Portsmouth magistrates.
