A MAN who flouted his anti-social behaviour order by calling the police has been fined.

Damian Nixon admitted calling the police without a legitimate incident or emergency from his Potters Avenue home in Fareham on January 5 and 6.

Nixon was fined £60.

The 45-year-old was ordered to pay £20 to a fund for victims of crime.

Nixon was told not to leave Fareham Magistrates’ Court until the session ended.
