A MAN who was drunk and disorderly has been told to pay £130.

Kevin McGann, of Francis Avenue, Southsea, was arrested in Waverley Road, Southsea.

The 21-year-old was fined £75 with £55 in costs after pleading guilty to being drunk and disorderly when he appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.
