SHOPLIFTER Oliver Milne has been fined.

The 25-year-old, from Twyford Avenue, Portsmouth, pleaded guilty to stealing £230 of clothing from JJB in West Street, Fareham, on April 28.

He also admitted failing to surrender to bail on June 6, when he appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.

Milne was fined £75 and told to pay £45 in court costs and £15 into a fund for victims of crime.
