MAGISTRATES have fined a man for using threatening words or behaviour.

David Hill pleaded guilty to committing the offence in Portsmouth.

The 45-year-old, from Folkestone Road, Copnor, Portsmouth, was fined £400 when he appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.

He was ordered to pay £85 in court costs.

Hill must also pay £15 to a fund for crime victims.
