THREE men arrested on suspicion of being part of a drugs ring are due in court tomorrow.
Detectives from the Hampshire Major Investigation Team (HMIT) charged four people from the Portsmouth area with a conspiracy to supply class A drugs on Saturday.
It followed the police executing a series of warrants at seven addresses in the city last Thursday and Friday.
Cash and class A drugs, including suspected cocaine supplies, were seized by officers.
Nine people were arrested and questioned during the operation.
The four men charged are Ankel Pretji, 23, Evi Zharra, 27,● Moksudur Rahman, 30 and Erol Barjami, 34
Pretji, Zharra and Rahman remain in police custody before being due to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates Court today.
Barjami was bailed to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates Court on Friday, July 19.
The remaining five people arrested were questioned and later released on police bail until various dates pending further enquiries.
