MAGISTRATES have banned a drink-driver from getting behind the wheel.
Nigel Davis admitted driving a Vauxhall Corsa in Mumby Road, Gosport, after drinking too much on May 14.
A test revealed the 33-year-old’s breath contained 82 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres.
The legal limit is 35mg of alcohol.
Davis, of Selsey Avenue, Gosport, was fined £230 and told to pay £15 into a fund for crime victims and £85 in court costs by Fareham magistrates.
He was also banned from driving for 18 months.
