A test revealed the 33-year-old’s breath contained 82 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres.

The legal limit is 35mg of alcohol.

Davis, of Selsey Avenue, Gosport, was fined £230 and told to pay £15 into a fund for crime victims and £85 in court costs by Fareham magistrates.
