DRINK-DRIVER Ricky James has been banned from getting behind the wheel.

James pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle in Cambridge Road, Gosport, after drinking too much.

A test revealed his blood contained 90 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres. The legal limit is 80mg.

James, from Mustang Avenue, Whiteley, was fined £250 and told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims and £85 in court costs.

Fareham magistrates banned the 21-year-old from driving for a year.
