A MAN caught with drugs on him has been ordered to stay in at night.

Mark Sutton, from Mariners Way, Gosport, pleaded guilty to having class B amphetamine and cannabis on him in Gosport.

The 31-year-old was given a curfew ordering him not to leave his home between 8pm and 6am for 28 days and told to pay £85 costs by Fareham magistrates.

An order was made for the drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.
