MEAT thief James Sibley has been fined.

Sibley, 31, of Bury Road, Gosport, admitted stealing meat worth £39.80 from a Waitrose store in Gosport while subject to a conditional discharge. He was told to pay £60 in a fine and victim surcharge by Fareham magistrates.
