POLICE hunting a man who dragged a woman into an alleyway hope he could be identified by the injury his victim gave him.

The 21-year-old was driving in Fontwell Road, Selsey, when a man waved to her to stop.

He told her there was a problem with her car, but then dragged her into an alleyway. The woman was able to kick the man in the groin and got back in her car to escape.

The attack happened at about 8.30pm last Wednesday. The man wore a cap and tracksuit bottoms. Police said they were appealing for anyone who knows men who complained of suffering a groin injury on Wednesday evening. Call 101.
