Police offer reward for arrest of former Portsmouth resident after £12 million heroin supply trial

MAGISTRATES have fined a man for using a mobile phone while driving.

Martin Kinge, 51, of Bedford Close, Havant, admitted committing the offence while driving a Vauxhall Vectra in Elm Road, Havant.

Fareham magistrates added three penalty points to his driving licence.

Kinge was fined £60 and told to pay £15 to a fund for victims of crime and £35 costs to Hampshire Police Authority.
