A TEENAGER has been fined for assaulting a child.

Phillip Harfield, of Brockenhurst Avenue, Havant, admitted assaulting the boy by beating him in Havant on August 22.

The 18-year-old was fined £50 and told to pay £15 to crime victims and £35 costs by Portsmouth magistrates.
