A community hall will benefit from a grant to beef up its security.
Merchistoun Hall, in Portsmouth Road, Horndean, hosts sports clubs, mother-and-toddler groups, stage productions and weddings.
But it has been suffering from a rise in anti-social behaviour.
The problems include fly-tipping and nuisance motor cycling.
Horndean Community Association has been awarded £3,390 to improve security at the Grade II-listed building, along with four other schemes.
East Hampshire District Council cabinet members approved the funding out of a £140,000 budget earmarked for community projects.
Cllr Ken Carter said: ‘These are all excellent schemes which will benefit the residents of East Hampshire.’
