Steven Close, 49, of Wakefords Way, Havant, admitted speeding.

Magistrates banned him from driving for 56 days.

Paul Brushwood, of Gosport Road, Fareham, admitted being drunk and disorderly.

He committed the offence in Fratton Road, Fratton, on November 24.

David Heard, 41, of Cumberland Street, Portsea, admitted stealing Levi jeans worth £240 with others.

He committed the offence on November 23 in Portsmouth. Magistrates handed him a 90-day prison sentence suspended for six months.

He must pay an £80 victim surcharge and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Marie Potter, 35, of Bredenbury Crescent, Paulsgrove, admitted drink-driving.

She was fined £250 for the offence in Southampton Road on November 21.

A test revealed she had 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mcg limit.

She must pay a £20 victim surcharge, £50 prosecution costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Magistrates banned her from driving for 12 months.

Robert Potter, 35, of Milton Road, Milton, admitted stealing three bottles of vodka worth £98.

He committed the offence on September 28 in Waitrose.

He was handed a 90-day prison sentence suspended for nine months.

Potter must pay £98 compensation, an £80 victim surcharge and a £150 criminal courts charge.
