n Scott Humphreys, 26, of Middle Park Way, Havant, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Ashey Road, Ryde, on the Isle of Wight on May 22.

Magistrates imposed a six-month conditional discharge with a £20 victim surcharge.

n Kazimierz Marcinkowski, 63, of Sevpsk, Lil, Grunwaloizko, Poland, admitted drink-driving in Anglesea Road, Portsmouth, on September 16.

He was driving a Mercedes Sprinter flatbed with trailer.

A test revealed he had 82 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than double the 35mg legal limit.

Magistrates fined him £100 and banned him from driving for 17 months.

He must pay a £30 victim surcharge.

n Mary Rooney, 27, of Devils Lane, Liphook, admitted drink-driving a Land Rover on the A3(M) on August 29.

A test revealed she had 53 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mg limit.

Magistrates fined Rooney £150 with a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs. She was banned from driving for 16 months.

n David Knipe, 36, of Princess Street, Buckland, admitted theft of perfume and fragrance worth £69.97 from TK Maxx in Portsmouth on September 5.

Magistrates imposed a 10-week prison sentence suspended for nine months.

He must pay a £115 victim surcharge.

n Tomasz Zelechowski, 38, of Halliday Crescent, Eastney, admitted drink-driving a Jeep in Heidelberg Road, Southsea, on August 17.

He was caught with 116 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than three times the 35mg legal limit.

Zelechowski was fined £1,000 and banned from driving for 28 months.

He must pay a £145 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

He also admitted driving without insurance and driving without a licence.

Magistrates fined him £350 for no insurance and £100 for no licence.

n Harry Fielder, 21, of Shaftesbury Road, Gosport, admitted drink-driving in Portsmouth on August 21.

He was caught with 85 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than twice the limit.

Magistrates fined him £120 with a 20-month ban. He must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
