n Michael Gorman, 51, of no fixed address, was jailed for 70 days in total.

Gorman admitted breaching a restraining order by going to an address in Havant on October 8 a week after being released from prison.

Gorman was handed a 56-day term for this offence.

He also admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements after being released from jail by not keeping in touch with his supervisor.

Magistrates imposed a 14-day consecutive sentence for this offence. He must pay a £115 victim surcharge.

n Danny Gattrell, 29, of HMP Bullingdon, admitted handling stolen goods on June 5 and was jailed for seven days.

He also admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress.

Gattrell committed that offence in High Street, Gosport, on June 5.

Magistrates handed him a seven-day concurrent sentence after he admitted theft of meat and cheese worth £45 from Co-op. He must pay a £115 victim surcharge.

n Cheryse Wall, 30, of Northern Parade, Hilsea, admitted using racially-aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, causing the victim harassment, alarm or distress.

Magistrates imposed an 18-month conditional discharge with a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Kenneth Scott, 73, of Seagrove Road, North End, admitted stalking a woman between August 4 last year and June 25 this year.

He committed the offence in North End and sent the woman numerous letters and cards, and loitered around her address.

Scott was fined £150 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £135 prosecution costs.

Magistrates imposed a restraining order for two years banning him from photographing the woman, going to her address, sending her letters or causing her alarm or distress.

n Jason Baldwin, 38, of Valley Park Drive, admitted drink-driving on July 30.

He was caught driving in Gladys Avenue, North End, in a Volkswagen campervan with 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than double the 35mg legal limit.

Baldwin was banned from driving for 18 months and fined £220.

He must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n James Lennon, 42, of Field Avenue, Blackbird Leys, Oxford, admitted theft of chilled meat worth £72 from Marks and Spencer in Portsmouth on July 8.

Magistrates imposed a three-month conditional discharge.

He must pay a £20 victim surcharge.
