n Claire Mortimer, 34, of Spring Garden Lane, Gosport, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath when suspected of drink-driving on August 4.

Magistrates banned her for 36 months with an £85 victim surcharge and £300 prosecution costs to pay.

Mortimer was handed a community order with 25 days of rehabilitation activities to complete.

She also admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of her duty on August 4 in South Street, Gosport.

Magistrates ordered her to pay £50 compensation.

n Harry Ashcroft, 20, of Marks Road, Fareham, admitted seven thefts between March 1 and 9 in Fareham.

He stole cash, Apple earphones, cigarettes and Skullcandy headphones.

Magistrates ordered him to pay £260 compensation between the victims and imposed a 12-month conditional discharge.

Ashcroft must pay a £15 victim surcharge.

n Darren Chandler, 31, of Kite Close, Wecock Farm, admitted theft of groceries worth £47.37 from Tesco in Waterlooville on March 27.

He also admitted stealing £6.30 worth of groceries from the same shop on April 29. Chandler further admitted theft of sun cream worth £59.96 from Lloyds pharmacy in Hindhead on May 25.

Magistrates imposed a community order with two-month electronic curfew. He must stay at home between 6pm and 5am each day.

n Lewis Dine, 18, of Arminers Close, Gosport, admitted two counts of criminal damage.

He damaged the wing mirror of a tricycle and the rear of a Land Rover on June 23.

Magistrates imposed a six-month conditional discharge.

Dine must pay £120 compensation and £20 victim surcharge.

n Jonathan Kearns, 51, of North Wallington, Fareham, admitted drink-driving on September 22.

He was caught driving a Peugeot 3008 in Broadcut.

A test revealed he had 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mg legal limit.

Kearns was fined £300 with a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

He was banned from driving for 12 months.

n Jay McKnight, 34, care of Agincourt Road, Buckland, admitted theft of meat worth £33.54 from Tesco on September 21.

He must pay a £50 fine, £33.54 compensation and a £30 victim surcharge.

n Marius Mechea, 35, of Tredegar Road, Southsea, admitted drink-driving in Highland Road on September 21.

A test revealed he had 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mg legal limit.

Magistrates fined him £300 with a 12-month driving ban.
