PERFUME, cash, bank cards, a silver chain with a silver teddy bear and cigarettes were stolen in a burglary in Portsmouth.

A black HTC mobile phone and a purse were also taken in the raid in Lincoln Road, Fratton, between 10.30pm on Saturday and 7.30am on Sunday.

Det Con Jackie Foley, of Hampshire Constabulary, said: ‘Homeowners are being reminded to ensure their properties are secure overnight and valuables are kept out of sight.’
