THOUSANDS of pounds worth of property was stolen from a house by burglars.

Police are appealing for information after £3,000 of jewellery and technology was stolen from a home in Gosport.

Items taken included two TAG watches, an iPad mini, Beats headphones and a Bose iPod docking station.

A gold ring and necklace were stolen during the raid.

Details of the incident, which took place on September 5 at a property in Minerva Drive, have only just been released by police.

It happened between 8.30am and 6.15pm.

Police would like to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, or from anyone who has been offered the items for sale.
